K-POP @ J-TSOON
J-TSOON6 K-POP in Public Online Dance Competition
What is KPOP in Public?
K-POP in Public is where fans perform choreographed K-POP dances in public spaces like parks, streets, or plazas. These performances mimic the energy of K-POP music videos and live shows, showcasing fans’ talent and passion. Participants often dress like the original K-POP artists to enhance authenticity.Â
The results of the K-POP in Public Online Dance competition will be announced at the festival on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Kultuurikatel in Tallinn, Estonia.

1.1 Video Restrictions:Â
- Each group can submit multiple K-POP in Public videos, provided that the lineup differs by at least half or slightly less in each video. If a group submits multiple videos with the same line up, those videos will not be considered for evaluation.
- We accept groups whose composition changes by up to half of the original lineup or slightly more. If a group retains the majority of its original members but adds a few new ones, this is also acceptable. If exactly half of the members are new, this also counts. In cases where the group’s composition doesn’t split evenly in half, we round the change up.
1.2 Costume and Appearance:
- Performers are encouraged to wear outfits resembling those or inspired by the original K-POP group, or song vide.
