Visitors of the Kultuurikatel can park their cars in the paid parking spaces near Kultuurikatel and Tallinn City Hall. NOTE: P1 is for tenants who rent office space in the building and have been given a parking card by the Creative Hub. The parking card must be placed in a visible area in the car! Outside of working hours (from 17:00), the car park is part of the CITY CENTRE parking zone.
